Private Cooking Classes and Demonstrations

Marguerite conducts private cooking classes and demonstrations for special events: corporate dinners, bridal showers, birthday parties, book clubs, team building, graduations, and "hands on" courses for beginning cooks. The fee is $60 per person with a minimum of 8 students per class.





One-On-One Consulting
Marguerite also makes "house calls". Need help in your own kitchen learning the new apparatus and equipment in your kitchen? Need one-on-one coaching for knife and technique skills, recipe creations and learning to be comfortable within your own kitchen environs? The fee is $150 per hour for individual instruction, a minimum of 3 hours.

Marguerite will also work with individuals designing home kitchens and private parties in residences.

Event Planning
Need a complete menu for your special event? Marguerite can create a personalized menu with recipes and entertaining tips and hints for the home entertainer.

Marguerite has extensive experience planning and arranging business meetings, luncheons and designing table settings and menus.

Food and Wine Pairing
Food and wine pairing is a specialty of Marguerite's. She can create the perfect evening of culinary delights along with wine selections.
Business Consulting 

For businesses and restaurants, complete menu consultation is available, from design to recipe development.

She has designed dining spaces, kitchens and created menus and concept ideas for restaurants, such as Cucina, The Wolf Creek Resort, and The Red Onion Grill.

Recipe Development
Marguerite has created recipes for such clients as the Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit Council and The California Cheese Board, Dan's Foods, and Questar Gas.
Fees
Retainer of $1,000 is required for consulting projects estimated to be three hours or longer in length.
Hourly rate is $150 with a minimum of 1 hour of service.
