GRILLED SALMON FILLETS


GRILLED SALMON FILLETS

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets, cut into 6 serving pieces
Rub (using what was available in spice cabinet of the rental house):
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Place salmon on work surface skin side down.  Mix the rub ingredients in a bowl and spread thinly over the top of each fillet. Grill over a medium heat (325˚) for 5 minutes, turn and grill another 4-5 minutes.  Serve with sliced lemons. Serves 6.
